White Mill has longstanding equine experience, with expertise in all manner of equine problems. We also have in-house facilities for many forms of treatment and operations.
On our premises we have an indoor Large Animal Treatment Area with stocks. This allows us to treat and secure our larger patients. All our in-house equine procedures are carried out here. These include:
- Vaccinations and teeth rasping
- Equine reproduction, scanning and AI
- Lameness investigations, nerve blocks, tendon scans and radiography
- Minor surgical ops including caslicks, lump removal, biopsy and stitching of minor wounds
- Room for visiting Specialists for opthalmological examination and treatment
